- Monitor crowd dynamics and ensure venue safety compliance
- Collaborate with event managers to execute seamless experiences
- Document incident reports and operational feedback
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (6+ hours)
- Basic computer proficiency for check-in systems
- Positive attitude under pressure and in fast-paced environments
- Willingness to complete paid onboarding training
