Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming shipments from trucks promptly.
- Stock merchandise on shelves and racks to maintain visual appeal and product availability.
- Perform regular inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Rotate stock to ensure older products are sold first (First-In, First-Out).
- Keep the sales floor and backroom areas clean, safe, and organized.
- Assist in maintaining pricing integrity and signage.
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (typically 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Physical ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and stand for long periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Orlando facility.
- Willingness to learn and participate in paid safety and operational training.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
