Responsibilities
- Restock shelves and product displays with accuracy and efficiency to maintain visual standards.
- Organize inventory and rotate stock to ensure freshness and availability.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts, safely and according to protocols.
- Unpack deliveries and verify incoming shipments against packing lists.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily stocking targets and goals.
- Assist in processing returns and managing overstock areas.
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (typically 4:00 AM - 1:00 PM).
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to pass a background check.
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and move merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to participate in our comprehensive paid training program.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- No prior experience required; we value attitude and reliability over experience.
