Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight, packages, and materials safely and efficiently using appropriate equipment.
- Pick and pack orders with a high degree of accuracy and speed to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery (training provided upon hire).
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damages and report discrepancies immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline workflow and meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience using handheld scanners is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
