Responsibilities
- Safely walk dogs in designated Plano neighborhoods while following leash protocols and safety guidelines
- Provide attentive care including feeding, hydration, and waste cleanup during outings
- Monitor pet health and behavior, documenting observations in our mobile app
- Build trust and rapport with both pets and their owners through excellent communication
- Adhere to company standards for service quality and client satisfaction
- Participate in monthly training sessions to refine handling skills and learn new techniques
- Maintain accurate records of services rendered and pet preferences
Qualifications
- Genuine love for dogs and commitment to animal welfare
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (if required for routes)
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills for client interactions
- Physical stamina to handle leashes and active pets
- Willingness to complete paid training program (approximately 20 hours)
