Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash, checks, and credit/debit cards.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, locate items, and provide recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe checkout area and sales floor.
- Restock merchandise and ensure pricing accuracy on shelves.
- Handle customer complaints or issues with patience and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age (or 18 for certain roles).
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
