Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse and logistics operations during evening and weekend shifts.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with day-shift teams to ensure continuity.
- Train, coach, and mentor staff to maintain high performance and safety standards.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve operational bottlenecks efficiently.
- Conduct shift handovers and generate detailed performance reports.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and company policies.
- Drive team engagement and motivation during off-peak hours.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or shift management.
- Availability to work evenings (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and warehouse management systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
