Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with their shopping needs in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Handle cash transactions, make accurate change, and balance the cash drawer at the end of the shift.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and well-stocked to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and store policies.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required. We provide on-the-job training for the right candidates.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20 lbs).
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
