Responsibilities
- Stock shelves, racks, and displays with merchandise according to planograms
- Operate pallet jacks and inventory management systems
- Ensure product freshness through rotation and quality checks
- Maintain clean, organized sales floor and stockroom areas
- Assist with inventory counts and loss prevention measures
- Collaborate with overnight team to prioritize stocking tasks
- Support price changes and promotional set-ups
Qualifications
- Previous retail or stocking experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Availability to work 20-30 hours/week (primarily 10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
