Responsibilities
- Delight customers with friendly service and product knowledge
- Process transactions accurately and maintain store cleanliness
- Organize merchandise displays and restock inventory
- Operate POS systems and handle cash/credit payments
- Collaborate with team during evening rushes and closing procedures
- Assist with visual merchandising and seasonal displays
- Participate in weekly team briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with authorization to work in the US
- Available for evenings (4 PM - 9 PM) and weekends
- High school student, college student, or recent graduate welcome
- No prior retail experience required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic math proficiency for transactions
- Reliable transportation to downtown Seattle
- Ability to stand/walk for 5-hour shifts
