Responsibilities
- Stock and organize shelves with precision and efficiency
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts safely
- Manage inventory rotation (FIFO) to ensure freshness
- Collaborate with overnight crew for seamless operations
- Maintain cleanliness of sales floor and stockroom
- Report inventory discrepancies to management
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company standards
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic math and organizational skills
- Previous retail/warehouse experience preferred
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
