Responsibilities
- Stock, rotate, and organize merchandise across all store departments
- Unload and process incoming shipments efficiently
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely
- Maintain clean and orderly sales floor and stockroom areas
- Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Collaborate with overnight team members to achieve nightly goals
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous retail or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Availability to work 4-5 shifts weekly (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license for equipment operation
