Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries and provide exceptional service during weekend night hours
- Process transactions accurately and maintain secure cash handling procedures
- Organize and restock inventory to ensure shelves are fully stocked
- Conduct routine store cleanliness and safety checks
- Collaborate with overnight team members to achieve operational goals
- Assist with inventory audits and loss prevention measures
- Operate POS systems and handle returns/exchanges professionally
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Fri-Sat) from 10 PM - 6 AM
- High school diploma or equivalent (students currently enrolled welcome)
- Basic math skills for transaction processing
- Reliable transportation to/from shift location
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and customer service mindset
- No prior experience required - training provided
- Must pass background check and drug screening
