Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and distribute packages using automated sorting systems
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification training provided)
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and digital records
- Uphold strict safety protocols in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend delivery targets
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not essential
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid UK work authorization and right to work
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Physical stamina to stand for 8-hour shifts
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexibility to work Saturdays/Sundays (10 PM - 6 AM)
