Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and stage merchandise for shipment with 99.9% accuracy.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and ensure proper documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding daily production goals and bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating night shifts and weekends (Friday through Sunday).
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
