Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move products to designated storage areas safely and efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Check and inspect stock to ensure accuracy and report discrepancies immediately.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Packaging: Prepare products for shipment using appropriate packaging materials and labeling.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Quality Control: Inspect goods for damage and ensure they meet company standards before shipping.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting is a plus.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong math skills for inventory counting.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- License: Valid forklift certification is highly desirable.
