Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels in the warehouse.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Load & Unload: Efficiently load and unload delivery trucks during designated shift times.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and workplace protocols.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings, nights, and weekends (Rotating shifts).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
