Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, in compliance with safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels in the warehouse management system.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure product quality and integrity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a seamless transition of inventory.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (6:00 PM - 2:30 AM or similar).
- Physically capable of standing, lifting, and moving items up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
