Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Conduct daily cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels using our proprietary logistics software.
- Material Handling: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to load, unload, and organize merchandise.
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently pick items according to order tickets and package them for shipment to ensure damage-free delivery.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections on warehouse equipment and report any maintenance needs immediately.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) with weekend availability.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices.
