Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately process customer orders using warehouse management systems during evening hours.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure stock levels are correct.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment.
- Load & Unload: Efficiently load and unload trucks in a timely manner, ensuring cargo security.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free zone.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with morning shift teams and supervisors to ensure seamless workflow.
Qualifications
- Schedule Flexibility: Ability to work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Physical Stamina: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but training is provided for motivated candidates.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy to minimize errors in order fulfillment.
- Valid ID: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Communication Skills: Basic English reading and writing skills required.
