Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain organized inventory with cycle counts
- Perform quality checks on outgoing products
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and housekeeping standards
- Collaborate with team leads for workflow optimization
- Document inventory discrepancies in tracking systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (18+ years old)
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly with proper technique
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable transportation to Industrial Parkway location
- Availability for 3+ nights/week (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
