Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to move stock and materials.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately to meet customer delivery deadlines.
- Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels, perform cycle counts, and ensure stock is organized and easily accessible.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or defects and report discrepancies immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred but not required; we train the right candidates.
- Availability: Must be available to work evening shifts (typically 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekend shifts.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for long periods, and navigate uneven warehouse floors.
- Reliability: Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
