Your Mission:
As a Night Shift Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products are processed, sorted, and shipped efficiently to our partners. You will work closely with a team of dedicated professionals to maintain our high standards of accuracy and speed.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload inbound and outbound freight trucks safely and efficiently during the night shift.
- Sort, scan, and organize inventory with a high degree of accuracy.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in packing and labeling orders for local and regional distribution.
- Perform daily cycle counts and report discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Valid Driver's License (Class C) is a plus.
