Responsibilities
- Unload trucks and stock incoming merchandise onto shelves and racks efficiently.
- Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse environment.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided upon hire).
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to prepare products for the retail floor.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work early morning shifts (typically 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and logging inventory.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Previous experience in a stocking or warehouse role is a plus but not mandatory.
