Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with 99.9% accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, forklifts, and scanners.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks during the night shift.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding daily targets and issues.
- Adhere to all company policies regarding attendance and punctuality.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with handheld scanners.
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not always required.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
