Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory safely and efficiently within the warehouse.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with high accuracy and speed to meet daily targets.
- Load and unload trucks using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work environment at all times.
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory checks to ensure stock accuracy and reduce shrinkage.
- Assist in the shipment preparation process, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8-10 hours per shift).
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations, safety protocols, and material handling.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Must be able to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required; training provided.
