Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with accuracy.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and stock organization to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and quality metrics.
- Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently.
- Perform basic data entry and documentation as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Must be available for evening shifts (typically 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM).
- Basic math skills and ability to read and comprehend instructions.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
