Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and maintain accurate inventory records using our WMS.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as required by certification.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage or defects and ensure they meet our high standards before dispatch.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and warehouse regulations at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the morning shift team to ensure a seamless handover.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday-Sunday) and nights (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and navigate various warehouse environments.
- Documentation: Must be eligible to work in the United States and possess a valid driver's license.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse management software.
