Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, and shipping orders with high accuracy.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels and manage stock locations efficiently.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure all products meet company standards before shipment.
- Maintain a safe and organized workspace, strictly adhering to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks efficiently during peak operational hours.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly in a safe manner.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends (e.g., 6:00 PM - 2:30 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Valid driver’s license preferred but not required.
