Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, package, and ship inventory with precision
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after certification
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and data entry using warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with team members to meet nightly productivity targets
- Address minor equipment issues and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety guidelines
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Flexibility to work 4-5 nights weekly (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
- Prior warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Pass background check and drug screening
