Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming shipments during evening hours
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for next-day shipment using RF scanners
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic cycle counts and audits
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with OSHA compliance
- Optimize warehouse layout for efficient night-shift workflows
- Adhere to all safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Reliable transportation to night shift (4 PM - 12 AM)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Availability to work 3+ nights per week (including weekends)
