Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse organization systems
- Operate electric pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly shipping deadlines
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and quality control standards
- Resolve minor equipment issues and escalate maintenance needs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Reliable transportation to North Columbus facility
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Basic computer literacy and barcode scanning experience preferred
- Flexible availability Sunday-Thursday (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Background check and pre-employment drug screen required
