Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and digital systems
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments
- Maintain organized inventory counts in temperature-controlled environments
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and ISO 9001 standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues
- Complete daily shift reports and documentation accurately
Qualifications
- Available to work 3-5 nights per week (20:00 - 04:00)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 25kg repeatedly with proper training
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- Valid UK right to work documentation
- Reliable transport to/from East London depot
- Team-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not essential
