Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming/outgoing shipments using barcode scanners
- Maintain organized inventory in temperature-controlled facilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely (certification provided)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Conduct quality checks on packaged goods
- Complete digital shift reports using warehouse management software
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation training)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Availability to work 4-5 nights weekly (11 PM - 7 AM)
