Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package incoming shipments with precision
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and effectively
- Conduct inventory audits using RF scanners and digital tracking systems
- Maintain organized storage areas and ensure OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly production targets
- Document workflow activities in real-time using our proprietary WMS platform
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; 6+ months warehouse experience preferred
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and basic math proficiency
- Reliable transportation to night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Proficiency with handheld scanners and inventory software
- Background check and pre-employment drug screen required
