Responsibilities
- Provide Technical Assistance: Resolve incoming support tickets and customer inquiries regarding software, hardware, and network issues via phone and chat.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical problems with a focus on speed and accuracy to minimize downtime.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and technical solutions in our CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the day shift team to escalate complex issues and ensure seamless service continuity.
- Process Improvement: Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience: Basic knowledge of PC hardware, operating systems (Windows/Mac), and troubleshooting techniques.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and remote support tools.
