- Provide tier-one technical support via phone and email to end-users experiencing hardware and software issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot network connectivity problems, printer malfunctions, and operating system errors.
- Maintain accurate records of all support tickets and issues in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure a smooth handover of unresolved issues.
- Assist in the installation and configuration of new hardware and software for remote clients.
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends and internal protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
