Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 technical support for hardware and software issues via phone, email, and remote access.
- Monitor system performance logs and troubleshoot network connectivity problems during off-hours.
- Log and manage technical support tickets in the internal CRM system with high accuracy.
- Ensure all data backups and security protocols are strictly followed during night operations.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the day-shift engineering team with detailed notes.
- Conduct routine system health checks to prevent downtime before the business day begins.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Basic understanding of Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose hardware and software conflicts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a calm, professional demeanor.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the USA.
- Availability to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a part-time basis.
