Responsibilities
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues during night shifts.
- Respond to helpdesk tickets and resolve software or hardware problems efficiently.
- Ensure data integrity and perform scheduled backups.
- Communicate effectively with the day-shift team to hand over critical issues.
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction for all evening support interactions.
- Assist in the deployment of updates and patches during low-traffic periods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in customer support or IT helpdesk (1+ years preferred).
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows, Mac, and mobile devices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night hours.
- Reliable internet connection if working remotely.
- Must be available to work evening and weekend shifts.
