Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email with a focus on resolution.
- Enter and maintain accurate customer data in our CRM system.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently during off-peak hours.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols.
- Attend weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
