Responsibilities
- Monitor premises via surveillance systems and foot patrols
- Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies
- Enforce access control and verify visitor credentials
- Document incidents with detailed reports and witness statements
- Collaborate with law enforcement during critical situations
- Operate security equipment (CCTV, alarms, communication devices)
- Provide customer service and conflict resolution assistance
Qualifications
- Valid California Guard Card required
- Minimum 1 year security experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours during overnight shifts
- Strong communication and de-escalation skills
- Flexibility to work weekends (Fri-Sun) 10 PM - 6 AM
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Basic first aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
