Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical support and troubleshooting for client inquiries via chat and email during night shifts.
- Manage a high volume of tickets with accuracy and speed, ensuring all tickets are resolved or escalated appropriately.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team during handover periods to ensure seamless service continuity.

Qualifications

- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM EST).
