Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vital signs and document observations in electronic health records
- Assist with patient mobility, hygiene, and daily living activities
- Prepare patients for examinations and procedures under provider supervision
- Collect and process laboratory specimens accurately
- Maintain clean and organized patient care areas
- Respond to patient call lights and provide timely assistance
- Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure seamless care delivery
- Adhere to strict infection control and safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- CNA or EMT certification preferred (training available)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Experience in healthcare or direct patient care preferred
