Responsibilities
- Provide efficient technical support to internal and external clients via phone, email, and chat during evening and weekend shifts.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to operating systems, peripherals, and network connectivity.
- Log and track all support tickets and incidents accurately in the ticketing system.
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers while maintaining clear communication with the client.
- Collaborate with the IT team to improve support processes and documentation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Computer Science or IT is a plus.
- Previous experience in technical support or customer service is preferred.
- Must be available to work evenings (e.g., 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM) and weekends.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.
