Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email during night hours.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges with 100% accuracy and speed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records within our CRM system.
- Assist in inventory management and stock organization to ensure facility readiness.
- Resolve escalated customer issues with empathy and professionalism.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and operational guidelines.
- Provide general administrative support to the night management team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer operations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
