Responsibilities
- Process customer orders with precision and efficiency during evening/night hours
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock checks and documentation
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and responsibly (training provided)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly operational targets
- Uphold strict safety protocols and cleanliness standards across all work areas
- Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts as scheduled
- Resolve basic operational issues independently and escalate complex concerns appropriately
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a high school, college, or university program (students strongly encouraged)
- Availability to work flexible evening/night shifts (minimum 20 hours/week)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Reliable transportation to Harbor Drive location
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork in a fast-paced environment
