Responsibilities
- Monitor and process inbound/outbound shipments during weekend night shifts
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (forklift certification a plus)
- Perform inventory audits and data entry in real-time systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend delivery targets
- Maintain strict compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols
- Resolve operational issues with minimal supervision during off-peak hours
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Flexibility to work weekends and overnight shifts (Fri-Sun 11PM-7AM)
- Strong problem-solving and time management abilities
