Responsibilities
- Operational Execution: Process incoming and outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently during the night shift.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure zero discrepancies.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect goods for damage and ensure all packaging meets company safety and quality standards.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment including forklifts (if certified) and handheld scanners.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the day-shift team and shift supervisors to ensure seamless operations.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends as required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: A strong track record of punctuality and dependability is essential.
- Communication: Basic proficiency with computer systems and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
