Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot Technical Issues: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity problems for end-users.
- Provide Remote Assistance: Deliver top-tier technical support via phone and remote desktop tools during the night shift.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of tickets, resolutions, and system changes in our CRM database.
- Weekend Availability: Cover essential shifts on Saturdays and Sundays as part of the rotation.
- User Training: Assist clients with basic software navigation and security best practices.
Qualifications

- Basic Tech Savvy: Comfortable navigating Windows, macOS, and common office software.
- Night Shift Availability: Must be willing to work nights (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM).
