Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and Resolve: Diagnose and fix hardware, software, and network connectivity issues for remote and on-site clients.
- Ticket Management: Log, track, and resolve incoming IT helpdesk tickets efficiently using JIRA or ServiceNow.
- System Maintenance: Perform routine checks on workstations and servers to ensure optimal performance during off-hours.
- User Assistance: Guide non-technical staff through software updates and security protocols in a clear, patient manner.
- Asset Management: Assist in the management of IT asset inventory and hardware procurement requests.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or a related technical field.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT or Computer Science is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows 10/11, macOS, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS).
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
